Both the extranet for our Maintenance and Service Agreement customers (“QPR UserNet”) and the one for our Value-Added-Resellers (“QPR PartnerNet”) have now been merged into QPR Community (as of Friday, May 2). Our Customers and Partners can already now find the same content in QPR Community as is available to them in QPR User- & PartnerNet regarding the products currently in the sphere of QPR Product Life Cycle Policy.
Unfortunately you are not able to access QPR Community with your old QPR User- or PartnerNet credentials. Downloading any QPR Community resources requires you to register to QPR Community. You find the form on the QPR Community home page.
When registering, please set your desired user role as a Partner or M&S Customer, pending on which one is the right role for you. You will get the Basic membership immediately. Both the M&S Customer and Partner roles require QPR Community Admin clearance which we promise in 24 hours during the business days.
