Process comparison on QPR ProcessAnalyzer and QPR ProcessDesigner

Using QPR ProcessAnalyzer, can the as-is process documented on QPR ProcessDesigner be uploaded for comparison purposes?

Hello Kelvin! QPR ProcessAnalyzer extracts the transactional data (at least: Unique ID, Process Step, Timestamp) out of the source system. Based on this data QPR ProcessAnalyzer creates the “as-is process model”.

Comparing this “as-is process model” to an “as-designed process model” and seeing the deviation/differences between models requires naturally an “as-design model” configured to be something. This as-design model can be extracted from premade process models (from QPR ProcessDesigner models) but actually our best practice way is to analyze the “as-is process model” variations and select from those variations, the one that is the wanted process “as-designed”. For this selection, it is of course helpful to have QPR ProcessDesigner models available on hand to know what is the wanted process.

Then you can compare “as-is model” versus “as-designed model” in PA tool.
