How to fix Activation Limit Exceeded

Hi 

I use QPR 2015.1 EA for 9 user, and uninstalled three stations but now i cant activate new install three other stations and i get "Activation Limit Exceeded" message.

I sent some email to :

productactivation@qpr.com

Sakari.Lapinsuo@qpr.com

customercare@qpr.com

but i havent reply to me 

would u pls guide me how can fix my problem? and add 3 activation?

You can activate now.
